Shipping and Return Policy
We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States! Shipments typically leave our warehouse 2-3 business days after an order is placed, via FedEx Ground. Please note this estimate does not include weekends and holidays. Delivery time from FedEx will vary based on your location.
Curious what to expect when ordering an automatic litter box? Our Leo’s Loo products are packed in a large box to protect them during shipping and the exterior clearly indicates what is inside. Depending on your address, our shipper might require a signature.
While we are unable to ship directly to customers outside of the Continental United States, we have good news for customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses: you can find us on Petco.com!
As dedicated cat parents ourselves, we understand the uncertainty of ordering pet products online. If you (or your pet!) are dissatisfied with a product, you may return it for a refund within 90 days of purchase. Proof of purchase in the form of an order number or receipt must be provided.
Returning Leo's Loo products
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return. Please provide your invoice number and a copy of your receipt.
Repackage your product in the original box (see checklist below).
Purchase a shipping label, either on your own or through our customer team via email. Our shipping labels cost $75, which will be deducted from your refund.
Receive your refund. Once we have received and processed your returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to process. Your bank may require additional days to apply the refund to your account.
Return Check List
- Remove all litter from the unit.
- Fully wipe down interior surfaces, including inside the drum and waste drawer.
- Place the unit upright in the box.
- Repackage the unit using all original packing materials.
- Make sure to include any included accessories (manuals, power cord, litter mat, waste liner bags, and plushies).
