Casa Leo Pet – Shipping & Return Policy

1. Shipping
1.1 Free Shipping in the Contiguous U.S.
We ship free via FedEx Ground to the 48 contiguous United States.
Orders leave our warehouse within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
Delivery time depends on FedEx’s transit schedule and your location.
A signature may be required on self-cleaning litter boxes.
1.2 RESTOCK (Out-of-Stock) Products
Any item shown as “RESTOCK” is immediately reserved for you in our factory queue.
Published ship dates are estimates and may shift due to production, logistics, or customs.
Once inventory arrives, orders ship in the sequence received under our standard FedEx process.
By purchasing a RESTOCK item, you acknowledge these terms.
1.3 Shipping Outside the Contiguous U.S.
We do not ship directly to non-contiguous U.S. addresses, but Casa Leo products are available on Petco.com for:

2. Risk-Free $0 Trial (14 Days)

- The 14-day trial begins on the delivery date (Day 0).

A 1-day grace period is included—request a refund by 11:59 p.m. local time on Day 15.

Once approved, you have 30 calendar days to return the item. If it's not in transit by Day 30, the refund will be canceled.

No restocking fees apply during the $0 trial.

Outbound shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
3. Extended 90-Day Return Window (Post-Trial)
If you miss the 14-day trial refund deadline but are still within 90 calendar days from the delivery date, you may still be eligible for a partial refund under the extended return policy.
Requirements:

Returns must be initiated within 90 days of delivery.

Product must be in like-new condition, free of litter and odor.

Original packaging and all accessories/manuals must be included.

A $75 restocking fee applies, which covers shipping and inspection.

Refunds are prorated based on condition, usage, and completeness at our discretion.
Not Eligible for Refund:

Returns initiated after 90 days.

Items with heavy wear, missing components, or signs of neglect.

Items not returned in the original shipping carton with inserts.
4. How to Return
Step 1 – Contact Us:
Email support@casaleopet.com
with your order number to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and, if desired, a discounted prepaid FedEx label.
Step 2 – Repack:
Follow the checklist in Section 5.
Step 3 – Ship:
Use your own carrier or our FedEx label (USD $75 fee applies).
Step 4 – Refund Processing:
Allow up to 14 days after the item is received for inspection and refund issuance. Bank processing times may vary.
5. Return Checklist
✔ Remove all litter and wipe interior surfaces.
✔ Stand unit upright in the original box.
✔ Use all factory foam/plastic inserts.
✔ Include power cord, mat, waste bags, manual, plushies, and extras.
✔ Photograph and report pre-existing damage before shipping.
6. Policy Notes & Exceptions

RESTOCK items follow the same trial and return rules once shipped.

Items returned damaged due to misuse or improper packaging may receive partial or no refund.
