Free Shipping in the Contiguous U.S.


We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States! Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days after purchase via FedEx Ground, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times vary based on FedEx’s transit schedule and your location.

Exception: If a product is out of stock at the time of purchase, it is considered a RESTOCK product, and shipping times will vary based on restock availability.

What to Expect When Ordering a Leo’s Loo Product


Our self-cleaning litter boxes are securely packaged in a large, durable box to ensure safe delivery. The exterior packaging clearly indicates what is inside. Depending on your shipping address, FedEx may require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping & Processing for RESTOCK Discount Orders


If a product is out of stock at the time of purchase, it is classified as a RESTOCK product, whether or not the RESTOCK discount code is applied.

All out-of-stock products are considered RESTOCK items and are treated as in-transit upon ordering. They are immediately allocated within our factory’s production queue and are subject to the same fulfillment process as all RESTOCK orders.


Shipping timelines for RESTOCK products are estimates and depend on factory production, logistics, and customs clearance. While we aim to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible, delays may occur, and customers will be notified accordingly.


Once the restocked inventory arrives at our warehouse, orders will ship in the order they were received, following our standard FedEx Ground shipping process.


Standard return policies apply once the product has been shipped and received.


By placing an order for an out-of-stock product, whether or not the RESTOCK discount is applied, you acknowledge and accept these shipping terms.

While we do not ship directly to customers outside of the continental United States, our products are available on Petco.com for customers in:

Returns Policy


Hassle-Free Returns


As dedicated cat parents, we understand that purchasing pet products online comes with some uncertainty. If you (or your cat!) are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 90 days of purchase.

✔ Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

How to Return Leo's Loo Products


Contact Us – Email support@casaleopet.com with your invoice number and a copy of your receipt to initiate a return.


Repackage the Product – Use the original box and packing materials (see checklist below).


Purchase a Shipping Label – You may purchase a return label independently or request one from our customer support team. A return shipping fee of $75 will be deducted from your refund if using our label.


Receive Your Refund – Once your return is received and processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for processing, plus additional time for your bank to post the refund.


Return Checklist


Before shipping, ensure your product is properly prepared for return:

✔ Remove all litter from the unit.
✔ Wipe down the interior surfaces, including inside the drum and waste drawer.
✔ Place the unit upright in the original box.
✔ Use all original packing materials to secure the product.
✔ Include all accessories, such as manuals, power cord, litter mat, waste liner bags, and plushies.

Note: Please document and report any existing damages to support@casaleopet.com before returning your unit.

Out-of-Stock & RESTOCK Discount Policy


At Casa Leo Pet, we appreciate your patience and loyalty. When a product is out of stock, it is classified as a RESTOCK product, regardless of whether the RESTOCK discount is applied.

Important Details:


All out-of-stock products are considered in transit upon ordering, as they are immediately allocated within our factory’s production queue.


RESTOCK products follow the same return policies and procedures as in-stock products.


Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received once inventory is available.
Shipping timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factory production schedules or logistics issues. We will provide updates if delays occur.
